COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Valued Customer,
We hereby notify you that due to covid-19 epidemiological emergency, which has been declared
international public health emergency by the World Health Organisation, and the restrictions adopted by
the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic to contain and manage the health emergency, Italgroup
temporarily suspended the production activities from March 26th until April 4th. Sales and Technical
departments will remain active in smart working mode.
For the above reasons, we hereby notify you that all outstanding orders with estimated delivery time on
second half of March and first half of April will be rescheduled and might be delayed.
We will promptly inform you about the new delivery date once resumed the regular business activities.
We apologize for the inconvenience, trusting in your understanding and solidarity.
